The Weekly Web Roundup: Oct 26, 2019

It is the weekend again; the time has come.

Time for another edition of the Weekly Web Roundup! If you’re a fan of ties, this week will be a treat for you. Every single feature includes one!

Find below five fantastic fits from the best on the ‘gram.

1: @jamaisvulgaire

What I like:

This tone of grey Prince of Wales check is something I absolutely adore. I look forward to the day when I commission a suit in this fabric.

I really like the details on this suit; the button stance, colour and patch coin pocket on the trousers. The wide lapels and prominent pleats cut a fantastic shape. The rest of the outfit is wisely kept conservative in order to let the PoW pattern shine.

2: @andreasweinas

What I like:

A great colour scheme for transitional seasons and autumn in particular. The soft shoulder of the jacket works well here, and the vintage form of the lapels is tasteful with the 3 roll 2 setup. The trouser fit is also worthy, it’s always nice to see a fuller cut leg.

3: @thearmouryhk

What I like:

The thing that caught my eye about this outfit was the colour of the trousers. Perfection.

The tie really brings this outfit together nicely, picking up on the colour of the trousers and the base colour acting as a complementary to the jacket. This outfit is a good example of when omitting a pocket square is a wise choice; this outfit says all it needs to without the addition of a square.

4: @giorgiogiangiulio

What I like:

A timeless ensemble with the navy double breasted suit and a light blue shirt. The necktie gets to be the centre of attention in this outfit, it is chosen well.

5: @fabioattanasio

What I like:

This is a nice summery take on a suit. The shirt and accessories are bold and playful, with the suit fabric’s colour saying enough about its intention.

I like the choice of dark brown hat band that complements the colour of Fabio’s hair. Ever since my afternoon with Blake of Blakesby Hats I’ve been thinking about getting myself into a hat; this colour combination is something I can see myself in.

That’s all for today!

Hope you enjoyed your dose of weekly style inspiration. Plenty of dapperness to be had from taking a leaf out of these men’s books!
